Default Best disc golf in Europe?

What's the best country in Europe for disc golf? Which courses should I hit up in that country?

Finland is a must and you can access a lot of courses using public transportation and a little walking.

Finland appears to be the place to go, but just checking to see if I'm missing something. Any non-disc golf/touristy stuff I should be aware of? We just started planning a trip, so haven't done much research on anything.

Do posts in the vacation/road trip forum show up on the home page? It seems like this one hasn't been up there...
