Default Mvp anode or atom

I'm looking for a putting putter released flat point and shoot straight at the basket. No fade. Which should I get? In looking at proton plastic btw. Thanks.

My vote is always Anode. It's the best putter MVP makes (sorry Ion throwers). The Atom is straight as well but has a little more fade and doesn't hold any line as well as the Anode.

If you're looking for straightest, anode. It goes where you throw it on putts in and outside the circle. For me that's often a bad thing

Between these two discs, it comes down to feel. Anode is deeper and feels fuller in the hand. Atom is shallower and more sleek. There's no difference in stability at putting range.

Based on this criteria, 100% it's the Anode you want. The Atom will have a bit of a dumpy fade, out near the circles edge and further out.

Try it in soft P, too, if you like a little bit flexier putter.

I've putted Anodes for like 3 years now, and I've tried to let other molds knock it out, but now that they're out in med Elec, the competition is over.

Atoms Dee better in the hand for me, not as floaty, but if your a spin putter it will work as you describe.

This is a good point. I'm very much a pitch putter, so the float of the Anode and lack of fade are on point.

The Atom may be better 'point and shoot' if you're more of a velocity/spin type putter.

Proxy or anode. Anode is deeper feeling and has more glide/slower flight vs proxy. Anode shares the ion/spin core while atom/proxy/envy share the same shallower core. Check out plasma IMO if interested in proton.

Proxy and anode define point and shoot it just comes down to feel.

I appreciate the help. I'll probably be ordering the anode.

I started with the Anode. Loved the flight, hated the deep-dish and rounded inside edge.

Then I found the Proxy...

Slightly less glide, but MAN that's the straightest, no fade disc on the planet.

I'm still holding out hope for an Electron Envy/Proxy. I can't imagine it would be that hard for Axiom to put out, since the Atom is the same core and they clearly have no issues making it in electron plastic.
