DGI rebranded and dropped the “I” citing to avoid confusion with Will’s video series DGI. But I think we all know it’s so this thread is not the top google search

This is a fun thread. I kinda hope the DGI thing ends in disaster so it can carry on for hundreds of amusing pages like the Salient stuff

Probably will without relevance.

Do our touring pros need representation?
I guess they may be helpful when trying to convince one of the few small disc companies to pay them for an ad or something, but I don't see the size or volume of the scene requiring agents. But I'm not in that field, so I really have no idea.

Hopefully a few on topic posts will keep this out of the landfill long enough to reach 4000 posts.

I think DG is big enough to warrant one agency for all pros who wish to be represented in a group.

I could see one pot of money being spread around. After the agent takes 10% of course.

How many $75 paying pros are there? Of that number, how many are disc golf household names? Of those, how many have enough "star power" to actually sell a product? Doesn't matter what it is, any product at all? We have to be talking less than ten people, maybe half dozen at most.

Maybe the agency can help with stuff like ensuring that when a pro is promised a couch to crash on at some dude's house it's there and not actually a loveseat. Sleeping on a loveseat would cost me a quality tourney for sure, I'd sue over that.
