Not quite, you aren't shifting/getting off your rear foot before you plant into the front side. You are trying to push off the rear foot too late when the front foot is planted. See in rear view how your rear hip spins around your front hip, they aren't swiveling in place/wiping your butt/hogan power move/turbo encabulator.

I did the buttwipe drill for a good 30 minutes before throwing these. Even worse than before. Im probably only getting 200' out of anything now. Something just isnt clicking for me. Ran out of day light. These may be too bad to even use tbh. Ill try and get some more filmed during the tournament tomorrow. Thanks for everything though. I know it has to be frustrating repeating the same **** to me.

Still looks the same. You are spinning around yourself instead of pivoting your whole body centered. Your stride is wonky and looks like you aren't turning back enough, like your head is restricting your backswing - turn your head back with your body/arm, pivot everything together. Also reachback lower - door frame part 2. Your door frame drill position and Hershyzer should be very similar, also see the second part of Hershyzer with rear leg countering arm behind front leg so you move forward centered, not around.

One thing I noticed on your pull through that may be effecting the wrist roll/anny release is your pulling high to low.

Sidewinder, the swivel chair video made a light bulb go off about what you mean by spinning out. When I gas pedal and be sure I'm still closed I can tell its right by the direction my heel moves vs my normal heel direction. Now, doing it very slow I can do, putting it into a normal paced throw still results in a spin out.

Guess its just about doing thousands of throws slowly until that becomes your normal form.

Still having that same spin out issue, but I can feel it when i do it correctly just walking through it in my house. Put a disc in my hand, and I spin out. Still trying to get that motion into my muscle memory. In this side view, I feel like I was close, the rear view def. did not have it.

Hogan power move, your rear side is falling to the left.

By 'rear side falling to the left', is that essentially my rear side ass is not staying on the "wall" with respect to the butt wipe drill?
