I've only really used it a few times on the course, mainly for long putts, but I throw it on the practice field, And I do like the feel of it in my hand and the release. I'm just now starting to learn more about discs, their flight patterns and their capabilities. I was just having a tough time figuring out what the Wolf could be used for. I seem to putt decent with it, but I get the feeling that it wouldn't hold up in tough winds. Thanks for the input, everyone!

It's not my first suggestion for a beginner based on its combination of small diameter, understability and low glide. If you treat it as a putter it will probably due just fine.

Nothing but lies in this thread. Anything the Wolf does well there are unlimited other discs that would do it better, plus other things.

The wolf was the first disc I ever played with, however the shark was my favorite disc when I first began.

I think the wolf is useful for new and low power players. Is it a *great* disc? Probably not. But it is useful.

To each, his own. One mans trash is another man's treasure. IMHO there are no bad discs, just discs that suit one's game better than others.

What is it about the design that makes an US disc have low glide?

Glide is the most arbitrary of the 4 Innova numbers. An Aero and a tern both have the same glide...
