Why not defending two-time champion Will Schusterick vs the field?

Cause Paul is on a tear lately. I think most would agree that he is the outright favorite to win this event.

disagree. Paul has been on a tear, but that doesn't warrant odds like that.

I'm planning on winning it. Paul and William can fight for second.

If I was betting on this, I would take the field.

Paul is not the outright favorite. I don't think there is an outright favorite. Yes, Paul won worlds, and then had a dominant final round to win the Vibram. But there's a lot of other top talent that can be just as competitive.

Ricky still seems to have the best raw talent, and Winthrop Gold is a course that rewards raw talent.

Will has won two years in a row (ignoring 2011), and he should be right there in contention again this year.

Feldberg is a past champion of this event and continues to play well after switching sponsors this year. So don't count him out either.

I'm pro-McBeth but my $$$ is on Ricky, he seems overdue for a big win, especially after what happened last year.

McBeth is my boy... Locastro is favorite son from Missouri... but ANTHON rocks at USDGC. I'm not putting any money on it, but look for Josh to be near the top. He crushes at this course.
