Default How Much Does Weight/Plastic Affect Flight?

I have two high speed long distance molds:

169 GL Havoc & 174 Ti Nuke

These discs are not that far apart (depending on where you look) from a stats perspective...

inFlight - Distance=439', HST=-20%, LSF=56%
Marshall St. - Speed=13, Stability=J
GGGGT - HSS=-1, LSS=3.5, PWR=6
inFlight - Distance=443', HST=-27%, LSF=60%
Marshall St. - Speed=13, Stability=G
GGGGT - HSS=-2.5, LSS=3, PWR=5
I've been throwing my Havoc all season and it has seasoned to the point where it's flippy...I have to hyzer flip to have any chance of it fading back and I'm finding I'm not able to trust as much in the wind. I have not thrown the Nuke much at all, mainly because every time I do it results in a 250' meathook . I really don't think arm speed is an issue here because I can get the havoc out there around 350 (I know...still not up to it's full potential) but I would expect to be able to do the same with the Nuke.

So my question is does the weight, grade of plastic, & wear really have that much affect to basically make these two discs polar opposites? In addition, is there any hope that the Ti Nuke will beat in to a point to flatten it out and if so, any tips on how to expedite the process so my score doesn't have to suffer from piss poor drives?

In this case, I'd say it's more manufacturer than plastic and weight. Plastic and weight do play a role, though.

Amount of wear and type of plastic make huge differences in stability. A Ti disc will start out more stable than other Discraft plastics and will wear in very slowly. GL plastic be less stable than Opto plastic and will wear in faster.
