I've never thrown a CD2 or Undertaker. I'd call the Stag a slightly faster FD, or a more controllable Escape.

Undertaker is close, Stag probably has a tick more turn and fade though. Would say most CD2s are more stable, the hold straight longer on a flat throw.

I would say that the undertaker is more reliable in headwinds. My stags get all squirrelly in head winds.

Agreed, definitely not a headwind disc. They absolutely crush in tailwinds though, and they can be used to manipulate crosswinds with a bit of practice.
