This is like the set up to that old joke.

TD: My mind's made up. Brodie's not on the feature card.
Assistant TD: But his fans are revolting!
TD: They certainly are.

Doubt many of his fans will see him in person. How many of the people that followed him on his main youtube channel years ago still watch? That is the bigger question.

Its almost too bad he didn't pick Innova so he could throw Novas.
ESP rattlers were just made recently. really the only reason I mentioned it, Having that disc in ESP is going to be really nice to have. I can't wait to throw mine when they get here.

I would love to see him throw some Comets... Bet he could REALLY sail those things.

Not just sail them but manipulate them. If he can crush a buzzz already. The comet will really train him on angle control.

1. Yes

2. I definitely think ANY disc golf media company would love for Brodie to be on the Feature' Card. In fact, I predict it will happen.

3. We can only hope so

4. We can only hope so

My bold prediction:

Paul and Simon are not training Bro'Smith out of the goodness of their hearts. They want part of the Bro'Smith fame. They are going to start a YouTube channel themselves - My guess is just the 3 of them - Vlog / Trick Shots / Tour Life...

PMcBeth = best disc golfer on planet + brings viewers to watch him make cookies.
Simon = great disc golfer, loveable personality, Vlog is killing it + made cookies.
Bro'Smith = 2 million viewers that would watch him take a dump if posted + could make cookies.

Now consider if they put all their power rings together...

Second Hot Take':

PMcBeth, by far, moves the needle on pushing product. I would estimate he alone accounts for as much product being sold than ALL the other pros combined.

Bro'Smith will have near the same ROI to any disc golf media company that puts out his rounds on the tour. That is why I think he will be invited to MANY Feature cards' (First Round) at events - even DGPT, NT and Majors. I would further predict that if somehow there were a Lead Card of the usual suspects and a 4th card at the same event with Bro'Smith and (Nikko/JohnE or some other volatile personality) the 4th card will get more views.

As much as many would like the following not to be true, Bro'Smith joining the tour is the biggest news of 2020 by far.

NOTE - So, this is what DGCR does to a person? I had never cared too much about any disc golf personalities, but have been sucked into the abyss. I now find myself genuinely interested in what happens next. Is there a such thing as DGCR Syndrome?

Fish first rating was 978 and finished year 1 at 1000, and then finished 1020 year 2.

Somewhat similar body style and history of ultimate play between them- seem completely different from the mental approach though.
