Our "season" is 12 months...they just get hosed on all the baskets getting pulled.

To be fair, if you drive a 30-60 mins from Madison, the world is your oyster year round.

Yeah, and Wilderness is a godsend. But having to drive that far means only weekends for half the year.

Well, except Lakeview - I've played that course WAAYYY too many times this winter, but it is nice to at least have that.

I just really miss Elver. Sometimes we play it without the baskets and just pretend, lol. After a few holes you almost forget they aren't there.

Similar situation here in Milwaukee, but doesn't affect me anymore. After 20+ years (before courses were always pulled) of playing through the winter, it just wasn't fun playing in the snow anymore.
