Default 11X Eagle-X "Distance Driver"

Does anyone use this as an overstable driver? I have one and it's overstable to say the least. It has the Distance Driver stamp and is from the "l"nnova mold.

Reminds me of an XXX with a thinner rim. It seems to fit in between a Whippet and a Firebird.

No. I use a Gateway Spirit that is ridiculously overstable, though.

Looks like you got a freak!

For the most part they are moderately overstable at best

I had a pretty stable CE eagle X, but it was no whippet or firebird. How far are you throwing, a mod overstable disc like that may be acting the same as a real overstable disc if you are throwing less than 300'.

I push my 12X and DX EXs to 350ish on good rips. This 11X of mine is very flat on top and has a high PLH. It could be an exception not the norm. I have a CE Eagle, but that's not what I'm referring to. My CE flies alot like my 12X or a new DX.

My 11x Champ EXs are both very overstable even at 350'+ power.
I could easily use them as my overstable but I would rather use a Pred or Firebird if I need something truly overstable.

The best comparison I can give is that my EXs are identical to my somewhat beat 175g Champ Banshee. Meathook-esque but not overbearingly so.

That's what I'm talking about. At a full rip, mine will go about 300ish, maybe, wanting to hyzer the whole way. I like Predators and Firebirds as well, and use a Whippet if I'm in the mood for a slower overstable.

some of the super flat translucent 11x eagles are about equal to a Banshee stability wise, you could use one as your piggy driver but there are better options IMO
