Default 2013 AM World Verdict "Truth etched" Moonshine Plastic

Understand I know there is a small thread or two about these new mid releases from DD. I'm making another because I post pictures and these are pretty specific.

Reading what's online I was hoping these wouldn't be etched "Truth" to create some limited run because I didn't think DD would do anything like that. Lat64 either. They didn't.

I asked specifically because I'm a pest and I like to know the real story. The truth was supposed to be released for Am world's and apparently still will be out by then. These came out more overstable than DD wanted but really nice so they will be named the verdict and fill that slot instead. These moonshine proto type verdicts will be the only ones with the truth mold etching on the bottom.

The verdict won't be ran in any other plastic in 2013 so only these fundraisers for am world's in moonshine glow plastic.

I promised pictures.

White and Seafoam green. That's what I'm calling it.

Not suspect flat but not fugitive domey either. Fairly small dome and a microbead that is barely noticeable unless you run a fingernail over the plastic.

Closer look at the stamp. They glow nice. I couldn't get a good dark pic while the sun was still up and coming through the windows. I might take one later.

For the flight my opinion is based on one round right now. Maybe 20 throws with this, I used it for everything I could. 178g green one. The plastic feels like the soft and grippy VIP warships or tursas. My favorite. It's not a gator. It's not a drone. It's a really long OS mid that glides a very long way. It fades pretty hard at the end and held up to headwinds when I threw on a hyzer, never turning past neutral. Similar I guess to a Mace or Pain but I think much longer and more fade than either.

The flight always seemed consistent and reliable. I will resist to just gush over these any longer but I like this disc more than any DD mid to date on initial impression.

I was told they'd be up online sometime Thursday. $19.99

Can you please compare it's glide and overstability to the Suspect?
sounds like it will replace my pains, but I'm looking for a reason to just carry one overstable mid/approach. The trident however, isn't going anywhere.

The suspect goes straight when thrown flat and has a small to medium amount of fade I think. At least in Lucid plastic. The verdict is only going to hold that straight line if you're a power thrower otherwise it's going to start a slow gradual hyzer line from the start. Similar to a Hornet or maybe what a Wasp OS would be. It's not going to be as meathookish as a drone or gator is for anyone.

It's not a one mold mid I would say unless you got a few years to beat some in to turning mids. Maybe if they eventually get done in classic base plastic you could cycle these like a roc that feels more like a buzzz in the hand.

I'm going to use them like this in my mid lineup

VIP Tursas-anny/hyzerflip straight mid
Classic Fugitive-long upshots and straight shots
Lucid Suspect-hyzer/straight shots with little fade
Moonshine Verdict-headwind shots, long midrange teeshots that need to finish hard left or I need to throw with some anny and have it come back at the end.

I am also really bad at forehands and this disc was super easy for me to flick around trees. I will probably stop using the suspect for those shots and use this instead.

If you're not being sarcastic, and I don't think you are. That's awesome. Thanks for supporting AM World's in my hometown.

Beautiful looking Discs, makes me wish I had a lot of extra money to spend on Discs :P

Then again, the last thing I need is another Mid to choose from...

So the seafoam one glows too? If so, nice to see some different colored glow plastic.

I figured you must have some store otherwise that's a big investment. They should sell no problem.
