Looks to be a better version of the DGA folding basket, in that it can be out in rain or snow and not get fabric soggy.

The Scout seems like a good idea in theory in that it is all one piece, but it looks less solid than the DGA mach lite basket.

Looks to catch less better as well, in the video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BE1tLSi9SSg&t=55s

At least it is better then the Innova basket that thanks to the way the chains are, you miss on parts that most other baskets that are a Mach V/VII on up you make puts with.

That and the other baskets that are out for practice that are fabric, even the other Innova fabric basket is better then the Skill Shot. The Skill shot is the worst name brand fabric basket on the market for putting as they made the Skill Shot with such a small sweet spot to be one of the precision baskets for practice.

I would also like to know how these two compared. I've been tempted in the past couple weeks to buy a folding basket, but can't pick between these two.

Never seen/putted on the Scout, but own a few baskets. The DGA mach lite basket catches at

least as good as any other METAL basket I've used. The videos that show the Scout look a bit

underwhelming for the cost. Researched a bit and found almost every Mach lite owner thinks

it's one of, if not the best fabric folding baskets on the market. Still yet to hear of any Scout

user reviews.

I played a tournament on chains with this grid pattern and it was real easy for discs to slip all the way through the rectangular spaces.

Thank you, that helps me to make my decision. Gonna pick up a Mach Lite for $100 while I have the chance
