Guys, jeeze, I will literally be bagging a Plasma Proxy. When I throw them, they don't turn. If I'm throwing them with enough power to see them fly understable, that's fine, but we're talking like 250-300 ft. I want something I can carve lines in the woods with.

I think I mentioned before, I own a SSS Magic and picked up a superglow. Deputy is next on the list to try out for sure.

I'm waiting for the video. I've seen people who throw 500' send them on frozen ropes.

I think you have natural anny based on your history.

I am currently working in a Superglow Magic for the understable slot. Took the Classic Deputy out so I have more excuses to throw the Magic to beat it in faster. There are so many times right now I catch myself saying "I wish I had that Deputy" - the Magic is still too stable for some of those shots where you want something to flip up or turn quick.

I heard people here complain that the Lucid Deputy was just as flippy as the Classic, which got me excited, but unfortunately that is not the case. I bought one and it has a bit more dome to it and definitely flies more stable - closer to a base plastic Magic.

Agree that a fresh new Lucid Deputy is not flippy at all. My Classic Deputy (which was new) that I was using for throws also was not flippy. I suppose over time the Classic one would wear in, but right now I'm working with the Lucid Deputy. It's a good disc, but a bit touchy with respect to nose angle.

Was your Classic Deputy flat or domey like the Lucid? Mine was flat and out of the box generated plenty of turn when released flat on a ~260ft hole. I can't for the life of me throw it straight at 300ft power unless I give it lots of height/nose up to counter the turn.

My Classic Deputy is flat. It does turn when I throw with full power, but then I don't feel like I have the accuracy control that I want. I can get good snap with my wrist on it (and the Lucid), and I get throws more like I want when I do get that good snap. I think I just need to figure out what's touchy about my discs and go from there...
