I have ordered from them 7-8 times, mostly when I was on team Infinite in 2019. They only messed up one disc of probably 25-30 and they have me a Kahu XG instead of the regular one I picked. Similar color and weight though.

Would say it’s rare in my experience.

I've bought from them 20+ times and never had an issue. Just got an order of 8 discs last week.

No company is immune to making a mistake on an order, it happens. I wouldn't worry about it becoming a habit with them, if they weren't reputable someone would have flamed them in here big time by now.

At least you didn't get home from the drive-thru with the wrong food, lol.

You may even want to try that Banshee. It's nothing like a Sidewinder, but a good disc nonetheless.

I like to think of myself as Infinite Discs #1 customer, with lots of purchases over the last several years.
They are super reliable. Enough so that I am confident that you won't see another mistake any time in, say, your next 100 orders.

I have an Eagle and an Explorer (and a Maverick) that cover the Banshee range. Except I see it has a 3glide. Sounds kinda like a faster Harp.

It should be even more stable then an Eagle. Though I know Eagles these days can be really beefy. It all depends on your Eagle. If you have a really overstable Eagle then it would likely overlap.

Well I really need the Sidewinder, so I’m waiting to see how to return and get the Sidewinder, so I’m not throwing that Banshee at all so it’s still pristine when I send it back. I’m wondering if my x-out sidewinder is gone. Like I got someone else’s disc and they got mine. Anyway, i’m sure ID will sort it out.

Also, I can’t flip this Eagle, so it’s stable (for me)
