I ordered a Roadrunner from Marshal street once, they sent me a Sidewinder.
I emailed them and told them about the mistake. I figure it was close enough, just thought they might want to update their inventory.

They thanked me, I have placed lots of orders since and never had a problem.

So, contact them, not us.

Yes, I did contact them (after close of business on Saturday) about return/exchange. I’m sure they’ll get it sorted after Labor Day. But I asked my question here to find out from disc golfers if this is common, and found out it is uncommon. I just wanted to be sure before placing future orders. I suppose I could ask Infinite if they often ship out wrong discs. Is that what you meant?

I've had this happen once.

I ordered a Big Z Comet, and received a lighter weight ESP comet. I let them know and they shipped me the correct disc quickly and told me to keep the ESP Comet as a spare.

Great customer service, I am sure they will make it right when they are back in the office.

The only times I've not gotten the disc that I expected from Infinite was when I ordered a mystery disc.

Infinite is fantastic.

My first ever order from Infinite was wrong, but every other order has been good. I did stop using them as their shipping has gotten SO SLOW for how expensive it is. Many sites offer pictures of the discs now with faster/cheaper shipping. I also sent them an email one time asking them to check the shape of a mold for me, and they told me they would have to go to the warehouse and they weren't going to check. That also rubbed me the wrong way.

Infinite verified the wrong disc was shipped out. They can’t find the one I ordered, so they’re shipping out a replacement Sidewinder and a return label for the wrong disc. All is good.
