I disagree slightly. While ink is not denoted in the ratings, I would not give this disc a 9/10 rating if it were nearly new.

I would say that much ink might bring you down a number.

I think that's a case where you've gotta break out of the sleepy a bit. It's a 9/10 physically, but has a bunch of ink that drops it to a 5/10. You pretty much just have to explain it. I expect a 5/10 to be dinged to hell, and unless you say it's ink that has dropped it's value I'm likely to completely ignore it.
