And so on
The recent pearly champion Firebirds are glorious. Certainly a run worth hoarding.

Gosh, have we derailed the Discraft thread?

hehe back to Discraft. . or sort of

This "proto runs" has undoubtedly been good for Discraft sales. . will other brands follow?
And the Mcbeth line has again been a success. . would be fun if another player got their own line

This is funny...I actually think the Ricky Pig has a little less bite at the end of it's flight compared to the R-Pro...

i only have one Ricky Pig ( but i gave it away ) but i do have 2xR-Pro and 3xBlizzard and 3xPro ( one puddle top, one flat and one with a small dome )

For me the R-Pro was the most US. .well not US but have a more straight flight with a strong fade at the end . . my Pros and Blizzard basically starts to fade a soon as it leaves my hand
But yes the Ricky one is not as OS as the "old Pro"

I do like the Pig for BH but prefer the Zone for FH

It is. It is a wonderful practice that is often maligned. If they did a better job of it, the runs would not disappear in 15 minutes.

Discraft is selling these proto runs at way too low if a price.

As a mostly all Discraft bag from the get go, to now, exclusively Discraft, I get the aversion to being associated with fanboys with the entire new bag of McBeth line discs. But don't throw what you throw because of the "brand". Just throw the brands that makes your favorite molds. Production runs haven't changed. Throw an M2 over the Buzzz if you like it more.

But...what I'm really thinking is... gtfo of here with that M4/M2 nonsense. M2s are domier/have a higher shoulder, and the Buzzz and BuzzzSS feel closer in the hand. (M4s are cool, but I'd rather have both discs in the same run of plastic.)

I think it would be better if they made 10000pc instead of 5000pc an lowered the price a few $
