Default Lefty player in need of form critique and guidance for how to improve

New-ish player in the sense that while I played before (circa 2007-2009), I had an accident which kept me away from the sport for almost 10 years. I have just started to play again, and am now painfully aware of just how terrible my technique is.

Can you tell me which 2-3 drills to focus on first to re-learn correct form?

As you would expect after watching these throws, I am a total noodle arm and can’t throw anything well if it’s okay a 6, maybe 7 speed (innova ratings).

No need to spare my feelings....let me have it!

You are leaning back away from target over rear leg, instead of turning back upright into it. See Power of Posture, Hershyzer Drill 2 and the Move part 1.

Your front foot/leg is planting too far away from you and turned too open to land in dynamic upright on it and turned away further. See One Leg Drill, Crush the Can 2, and The Move part 2.

You are trying to make your weightshift too long or "from in front of you" instead of a very compact sudden "shift from behind you":

Awesome! Thanks SW22. One other question/ observation...I feel like I don’t stay on the outside of the disc very well and often end up dragging the disc by the nose to reach ‘the hit.’ Also, I don’t think I feel ‘the hit’ at present. Should that come
Naturally after I fix the other issues, or will I have to work at that as well? Also see a ton of flutter when I release the disc and am thinking it’s due to my inability to keep the disc on the same plane...

Your entire front side is turned too open(your left) to bring the disc forward and extend wider(to your right) with hand on outside. You round or saw off your extension to your left instead of straight or wider right.
