Just placed an order on your website for a few disc.

Do you design your artwork on paper or is it done digitally?
Thanks, Big Tone!
The line work is all done on paper, then scanned, touched up and colored (if needed) in Photoshop.

Bender: Keep waiting for Latitude to send DTW some more SAINT blanks. I'll post them whenever they become available.

That explode the chains is a sick shirt design.

I foresee this marque becoming a disc golf mainstay.

Thanks, guys.
Never sure if anyone is going to like what flows out of my pen, so it's good to hear some of you are digging this one.

Got another one on the drawing as we speak. Coming soon.

I have a question for you. Have you had any requests to do some DG sculpting work for trophies or anything like that? I love your disc designs, but your set-work is EPIC. I think those would be just about the most bad-ass trophies anyone could get at a tournament.

Funny you mention that. I'm taking a 4 week sculpting class at the moment. First week was a demo and I'll be sculpting for the next 3. This week will be a warm up and the second week I'm going to work on exactly what you mentioned, a disc golfer sculpture with the idea of it possibly being used for trophies. Molding and casting a sculpt is not cheap so I'm not sure if it will be financially feasable.

It won't have the level of detail of this dude. It will be more loose and fluid. Updates with photos when I have them.

Looking forward to the final product! Maybe like a high-quality resin for the 1st place Pro and painted foam for the lesser divisions? Would that make them more cost efficient?

Sometimes heft and density are what make people think it's a quality trophy (metal, wood, etc.), but if it just looks killer then maybe a lightweight craft foam or even a heavier urethane foam would be cheaper and still look good.

Also, if there was any way of getting minature metal baskets already made you can just push them into the foam to go with any scene you're sculpting.

Haha, sorry, I'm not trying to throw out all this unsolicited advice. Just really interested with the idea of disc golf sculptures in Skulboy-form!
