Yep my dad found after getting a DX Skeeter when the mold was first out it was too close to the Rubber Putter Also a great choice for a longer US putter so he gave it to my brother who traded for a disc he had but did not like. My brother found the mold was not something he liked but uses it for a beginner set of discs has for a set up.

If you're struggling to get the disc to the basket at 30 feet, your lower body and arm are probably not in sync. It usually means you're swinging your arm too soon. Make your weight shift and then swing, just like the throw.

I have found that this (bold) really effects my distance. And it is often the culprit when I'm trying to throw further. I try to put in more effort and that makes me start the arm too soon.

Another example of 'effort' spoiling technique.
