Don't get it confused with Innova's Pro plastic. They are not the same.
I guess I meant the plastic that is more comparable to Z / Champ / Star / Proton, that kinda stuff.

the SP line I believe. though the #'s say 8/4/0/2 it flew more like 9/5/-1/1

To see those flight #'s stay more with a more durable plastic would be cool

Pro-Line is like Legacy's Icon, where its decent, premium but breaks in easier and takes damage easier, at least on drivers.

Proline is premium, but it's not nearly as durable as other lines' Star plastic

I would disagree with this statement. I've thrown Proline for a long time now, and it has always held up just as well as the Star or ESP I've thrown.

I used to only throw SP Breakers, but the runs of Proline that started coming out with the first run Torrent (they had a metallic sheen) made me switch over to Proline. I don't know if every disc was/is using that blend, but my Breakers have been consistent.

That's good to know! I've only thrown a couple prolines and they haven't held up. Maybe mine were flukes

I got 3 of the first flight pipelines when they came out. Couple different weights. First time i threw them i loved them. Had good stability and great glide. After 3 or 4 short rounds they were noticeably less stable. Almost impossibly.
My breakers in the new proline hold up fine as well. Could be the first flight ...idk
I switched to undertakers after i could not find stock SP pipelines.
I doubt i will revisit them in the future. The Undertaker is the one for me. A true 8-9 speed that has a straight flight with good fade at the end.

Dear DGA. Im ok with you giving us one mold a year but why limit our plastic choices? Why does it take another full year to get a different plastic? I look forward to your reply

I like the Pipeline. The Proline is great for fairway shots, gradually sweeping turnovers and uphill drives. It's true they fly more like a Sidewinder than a Teebird, but I'd put it right around the TL. I've also found the First Flights to be slightly less OS. My pink 2nd run still has reliable hook up.

I don't understand why they haven't released more SP Pipelines since the Black Friday drop, but Sias Elmore, Titanic_Sinks, has custom stamped SP Pipelines (and Flex Breakers) for sale to help fund his tour this year.

I agree with those flight numbers exactly. I grabbed one of the SP Pipelines at PIAS and bag it as my S/US fairway. I have a first run Z Undertaker and test it every few months. I just can't seem to get it to fly as well as Star Teebirds for my OS/S slots.

Then again, I have a noodle arm......
