According to Innova the classic is straight & the regular has a touch of fade, and the classic only comes in dx. That's all I got, never threw either

complicated question (innova likes to generate complicated questions)- at the time that the "classic aviar" was brought back the putt and approach was a small bead in "putter" plastic. the classic was beadless and in hard plastic. since then the putt and approach has been produced as both small bead and beadless, currently i think the 2 discs share the same (beadless) mold and are differing plastics. since it's innova next run of either could be different. anything that says aviar driver is a big bead though (or at least i think so).

I have a couple each of both beaded and beadless Classic-stamped Aviars. They are all at least the same harder plastic though.

Also complicating the issue is that the Aviar through the 90's was the big bead with the same stamp that the Classic Aviar now has. Basically if all you know is that the disc has that old "matrix" Aviar stamp, it could be anything.
