It was a proto 8X Roc that was passed from player to player in the early 2000s. The player would get the disc from the current owner, sign it, put it in their bag and use it. When they felt someone else earned it, they passed it on and so on.

I saw Climo pass it to Craig Gangloff at an NT in 03. It was pretty cool to see - everyone celebrated.

I believe the last person to use it / still has it is Will Schuesterick.

Obviously, it was a different time where 95% of people threw Innova so it was easy to do and couldn't be done now, but I can't think of a more iconic tour disc that the one that basically every top player from the early 2000s used at one point.
I would say "DGCR's own craigg"... except he hasn't been logged on in almost 5 years.

I seem to remember Nate D. throwing that super beat Predator a bunch. Was it green with a Huklab dye maybe?

I seem to remember Uli having a bag stolen. I think it was a situation where he went down a ravine and when he came back up the bag was gone. Maybe not him, but pretty sure that happened 5-8 years ago during a practice round.
Believe that was Eric McCabe.

Pretty sure it was all of them.

I remember hearing Barsby had his suitcase stolen before BHMO and he played all weekend in corduroy pants.

Lots of thieves out there.
