I do have to agree with him on some of the mod issues on here.

It seems like they are hardly ever even on and just issue warnings randomly whenever they get bored.

Even so, I am yet to see a free public board of this size do any better. I guess I just have much lower expectations for public forums than I used to. Are there problems here? Sure. But the grass won't be any greener on the other side. I like what Tim has going here and maybe this unfortunate event will raise some good questions and improve the community going forward.

Too bad Mike went out that way. He's a good dude and sounds like I might have to start PMing him on DGR if Im ever to make a trip his way for a round or 2.

Mike is a good dude, but I gotta say, all this whining about the mods is getting rediculous. We are adults here, and the mods just try to keep the site how its intended. Of course it seems random; its not their full time job and its really hard to read everything, but I think what most of you complain about is they do give us a pretty long leash and then everyone lashes out when they want to stop the stuff going too far.

At least Mike left I guess instead of spamming whiney posts. For that I give him credit, but I think everyone could use some perspective here.
