Default Vibram putters - Oh yeah!

On a whim I picked up a Vibram VP before I played yesterday and I can't tell you how amazing I think this disc is. It's definitely my new putter and will probably taking some shots away from my mids as well. Very straight flier and that plastic is tougher than anything I've ever seen. the guys at the disc shop showed me one that they spent a month throwing against a wall and it was still in great shape.

FYI - They said that the Vibram guys will be giving a clinic or demo at the Phenix Disc golf store in Arvada next weekend. I may be checking it out and seeing what else these guys have to offer.

What is the difference between the X-Link and X-Link Firm?

How accurate would you say the ratings are from DiscGolfCenter.com?

Thanks?

Is the regular X-Link floppy like a BlowflyII? Is the Firm super hard like Champion? What would you compare it to? I have no local stores to go look at it.

I would say the ratings are total poop.

Ridge and VP do not share the same stability. Their system is flawed by 0 being the max it seems.

Regular is more like old pro...sorty flexy but not super, grip is extremely good. Have not held a firm.

Firm is similar in stiffness to 11x KC Pro, but with a ton more grip.

I think the ratings are pretty accurate...I would give both the VP and Ridge a "O" in HSS as neither of them turned for me. I would probably give the VP a 3 in LSS rather than a 2, but I also might give the Ridge a 2 instead of 1.
