You turn the backfoot to the right for balance. My balance became jeapordized when i tried to point my backfoot forward.

He mentioned the good old keep the palm to the sky, but its just impossible to throw like that.

He says to tuck the elbow in, but his own arm is almost fully extended when he throws.
