The credo is a great disc, an overstable brick that plants where it lands.

I like all of these discs, but I wish they had given you more diversity. The Monstrum/Orc are pretty close as are the Antidote and Comet. I find the Orc and Antidote to be more user friendly and easier to dial in, but the Comet gets a ton of love on here(though I've never seen one on a course unless you count MJ).

Magic is a great putter very straight and easy to use, and personally I really like the Credo. It very good to putt with in wind or any hyzer type approach.

Mantis is okay, little touchy for my taste.

Basically it looks like they gave you a bunch of slow movers tags are actually pretty good discs at a good price. Probably will work well for you.

Good luck with them!

And not that it's worth anything but I'm pretty sure that Antidote is the fist run. You probably couldn't resell it but it's a good disc.

Your F2 looks to be a Champion Orc, from the letter "O" by the weight near the center.

Magic should be a good putter.

Comet and Mantis should go straight into your bag!

Gateway makes some of the best putters around and the Magic is no exception. High glide, no bead, very blunt rim, which all combine to give long, soft flights and an easy release out of the hand. I'm not sure how the lightweight will fly compared to the max weight I have, but I am a fan of this disc.

I haven't thrown the Salient, UB, or Crosslap (actually, anything from those brands) but the Innova Factory Second is definitely an Orc, which, will be a bit overstable and have lower glide than the Mantis. I would guess the Mantis would cover the Orc's duties pretty well. It's a bit more understable and slightly slower, but has much better glide and should be more controllable for a beginner.

Looks like a good haul!

Cheers!

The Discraft duo are the only two good discs for a beginner in that box. UB is out of business due to shady dealings, and Salient seems to be headed that way quickly. The Magic is a decent putter, but it's big brother the Wizard is more popular for a reason. The Orc will be worth having as a headwind disc for now and you'll find it more useful over time. I don't know much about the Crosslap Credo, so no comment on that.

I'd be VERY disappointed in that box. If I found most of those discs uninked on the course I'd just leave them behind.

I was kinda thinking this, too. Off brand crap, for the most part.

That makes one of us. There's good discs in there. And I'd love a free Orc if one comes my way....
