Default Lima, Ohio new course

https://www.gofundme.com/faurot-park-disc-golf-course...

We have been in works of getting a new course in our local City Park.. we have had a couple fundraiser tournaments with another one coming up. The city parks department is really liking idea of putting the course in and if we can raise enough money it will happen. It's a nice big park with lots of challenges to offer from woods water elevation... It will make for a fun and challenging course that I know people would love to come play... Please help our course get put in

So your gofundme is for $15000, how much have you raised outside of that? Total cost of project?

15,000 is just a ballpark figure we have if we pay for everything including contracting all concrete work and materials.. we figured we can cut that cost down with help of the locals like I can form pads and lay concrete... As of right now I think we are sitting around 600 to 800 in bank with fundraiser tournament coming up Sept 15th.. at the actual park with temp course set up... Our plans are for full 18 with multiple tee pads and some holes with alternate pin placements.. we are having a club meeting tonight to help discuss more figures and plans

Yup. It's by Fat Jacks. Best pizza in Lima. And of course we will have to get Kewpie burgers whenever we are in town.

Fort Shawnee is no longer in place they pulled it a few years ago... We have Ottawa metro that is a decent 18 hole course that we are working on making better also but this new course has been a dream for us locals for few years
