Yeah I like my glow Z... it sits in the stable middle though I think.. From what I hear those sparkle Ledgstone are beefy and then Titanium and then the MJ tour series, and then regular Z, then glow Z....

Any glow Z I've had kept a medium dome with a flat top, the flat top makes them easier to turn. As opposed to a pop top.

I've heard the newer run Ti aren't as beefy as those original MJ Tour runs from 2015-2016ish.

I've been beating in a JB wasp for a few months and it's still nowhere close to understable. Probably will take an entire season for JB to even get some substantial turn

The comet holds an interesting slot in my bag. As my forehand has been revived and I'm relying on it a lot more, I find myself using a comet less and less. But, its still such a useful disc when I do need it that I don't feel like I can take it out.

Speed vs glide. Maybe I'm splitting hairs here, but I don't think the Wasp is anywhere close to being a "beefy Comet". Beefy Meteor maybe.

Yeah it's tricky for me too, but when it's needed it is perfect. On open shots I can throw more reliable/stable discs. But when it comes down to it in the woods for that softer right finish, if there's a gap first I have to ask myself if I'd rather FH something like a Thunderbird super hard or pure a shot with a Comet. Kicks off trees are way different between those shots if I mess up, the Comet won't punish as bad. But the power FH will do less unpredictable things if I mess up slightly.

It's definitely a different shot shape though, like a ( shape with the Comet vs. an upside down L shape with a FH.

The Comet wins for me if I have to throw a left to right shot over moderate trees/bushes. Throwing a 30' high turnover with a Comet is what it's made for, and it does the work once you put it up there. Throwing a 30'+ high pure hyzer with a FH that same distance is a huge power shot with a driver.

Perhaps I misunderstood the question. The wasp has similar hand feel to a comet, and is overstable. I guess I originally thought the OP was looking for an OS book end mid to complement a group of comets.

But for very similar comet flight with a bit more stability, yes I'd agree with a KC or fresh DX roc.
