Default Driver Advice

Advice on a faster driver? This weekend in massive wind, I wound up throwing my T-Bird a lot..168 Champ, slightly seasoned. I gave up some distance but it was very predictable and kept me inbounds.

My bag is full of Blizzard stuff (Katana, Destroyer, Wraith) and I have a G-Star Wraith. All of these were way understable. I also have a Star Destroyer about 159 g that is crazy stable for me. I need predictable distance.

Obv it depends on arm speed, etc...

For me - I throw Valks and carry a few of them. When the winds pick up I take one out and put in a heavier Champ Orc and sometimes a Predator. For me, they are reliable into most winds and I know how the disc will respond

In wind the only really predictable distance shot you are gunna get is out of an overstable disc. So use ur destroyer.

ESP Avenger! Good thought and I should look at picking up a lighter Orc. I have a Champ 168 and its too stable.

Horseman: when I throw too stable of stuff in wind it seems to get pushed down earlier. But you're right. I should try to work in that destroyer.

what if its a 25+ MPH tailwind tho?

Only really predictable discs are the ones you know how to throw.

Played yesterday in winds at times over 25mph and the only driver I had that held up was a Starfire.
