Default Drive form review

Been playing for about two months. I throw like 250ft on a good drive. I know my form is bad, but not sure about what specifically I should focus on to improve. Any advice is appreciated.

Probably better than I was at 3 months.

I'd start with a change in philosophy of throwing. Right now you are really curling your arm up and trying to spin the disc like a beach frisbee. You want to uncurl your arm/extend the disc away from you and your swing center, and toss the disc like a hammer by turning your hips further back and forth, instead of leaning over your hips back and forth.

Your grip is angled way nose up. You are also lining up your swing way open/body square to target. You should be lining up your swing with your front shoulder and stance closed. This should be really obvious if you get a heavy hammer or object and just try to toss it straight using your body to effortlessly sling the arm/hammer unit.

Been a while. I've played a lot, but haven't really worked on form a lot until recently. I've started throwing only standstill for now. I notice that my reachback is too high and the disc dips as I pull through. Also my weight shift doesn't seem too good. I think I turn my leg backwards too much. I'm sure there's a bunch of other things that are also terribly wrong, but it's hard for me to identify other than "it all looks off"; I'm looking for specific things to focus on and to make sure that my form still isn't completely off base.

You are trying to start from a static position in the middle of the swing and weight back. You should start from a forward addressed position of the release/aim, or dynamically swinging the disc back and forth and shifting your weight back and forth. The elbow only needs to bend a little bit and it happens from lag, not trying to bend it.

I think I'm getting better, but it looks to me that I'm still rounding, especially with the x-step. I'm struggling to find the correct feeling of the throw, and am still unsure of the activeness needed in the arm as far as driving with the elbow or just leaving the upper arm angle locked. Even after doing the Beto drill a bunch, I still don't really understand what a good throw is supposed to feel like. I can't quite understand how to create disc lag while still maintaining the frame.

I also notice that a lot of time I turn my front foot back too far and dip my lower body into the throw and was wondering if anybody could give their opinion or advice on that.

I would forget the Beto drill, stop trying to start from that flat footed static position with your head/chin buried down and disc at pec.

Start on the front leg with your head/chin up and arm extended and free flowing and dynamic, and lighter on feet. Think of your arm/disc as a ball on string connected to the body. How do you create lag on a ball on string you want to release a certain direction? You feel how you need to change the rhythm and arc to super juice twirling the ball to your target.

Your first move in the backswing is leaning/tipping your head away from target over your rear leg and really trying to shift your weight back. This is wrong. Your front foot ends up leading your stride instead of your butt/CoG/weight and you end up planting in a way too staggered closed stance with your weight still on the back foot.

The farthest point of your reachback should be just as your front foot is planting. You're reaching back a little too early and consequently, you're then starting to pull through with your shoulder leading and then falling off balance to the right to get your rotation. Pull through just after your plant hits, then rotate your foot, then hips then pull your arm through while remaining upright over your plant foot.
