Default What disc do you love but nobody else does?

You know when you walk past the Christmas candy jar, and all that’s is left are those strawberry hard candies with the goo filling because everybody else picked out all the “good stuff.” But jokes on them because those strawberry candies are the ones that you yearn for all along.

What is a disc that nobody else talks about, or uses, but you couldn’t imagine your bag without it?

Pink Panther - those who bag Panthers seem to like them a lot, but not that many people bag them even though they are in starter kits.

I also have always really liked the SL, especially in Star plastic. But it was unloved to the point it went OOP.

Apache

They were ahead of their time when released. When DD launched the Escape and everyone was excited about its flight, I sat back smugly with my Apaches.

Sure they are (super) domey, have a bead and an awkward rounded inner rim... But they GLIDE.

I usually sit around 380-400 ft. Honest max D. The Apache can get up there just as well as whatever flavor of be month Distance Driver I'm using at the time.

I have thrown Stags for years and no one else seems to care about them very much. Tons of Eagle love on here, and Stags are just easier to find Eagles.

Also am fond of the Piwakawaka, goes super straight and can hit some nice turnover lines as well.

P1X. Seems that nobody uses them. Simon tested P1X for couple months and then switched back to P2.

DD2. I honestly dont know anybody else who throws these. Awesome disc, flies farther than anything else. S-lines have perfect stability for my 450ft arm.

Omegas and TL3’s. These are the most controllable and versatile discs I’ve thrown.

Thank you all for not liking them as much as me. Reserve stock is always available.

For me it’s the stud. Got it as a freebie at my local shop. Threw a 130’ field ace with it yesterday. I use it for anything in the 150’-25’ range.

I don't "love" it, but I have a fondness for the Aerobie Arrow.

The weird shape lets me get a good grip on it FH, and it just sits when it lands. Plus it floats.

The old flat gummy Star Wedges are money. I'm not super happy with the new harder Stars that are out now. They're also much domier now. Those flat ones though, flippy goodness.
