Well I can’t recall any tourney footage of a similar thing from inside the circle but I would think an example is out there.
Maybe MJ? He does that thing where he looks down and picks up his mini cause he knows its in. I'm sure at some point there was one where the disc is moving around when he starts forward.

I thought you had to clear the basket in PDGA Rules so as to not create an advantage or disadvantage when the other person putts?

Casual play; doesn't matter. Tournament play; putt, clear the basket, next player putts.

Usually... but I had a guy miss one because he putted while I was pulling mine out. He had a little 6-8fter and it definitely got knocked aside by the chains from me pulling it out. I tried to apologize but he owned up to it right away and putted out.

I guess in some instances I'd let an opponent chuck the little 6'er and clear 'em both out.

Yea, usually I would do the same thing but mine was hanging. It was one of those where we were all within 10ft standing by our lies and I figured i'd better clear it. It happened so fast, I just stood there for a couple seconds in shock, lol. We were all pretty out of contention at that point anyway.

Exception is a guaranteed putt, the putt in which a player is 99% going to make it like an under 10 foot putt more in the under 5 foot as I have seen a 10 foot miss due to wind. Then often one who made the log putt has the other putt while they stand to the side and wait for the putter to stick in the putt.

Yeah there is one from a few years ago 2016 or 2017 a USDGC and Ricky W then with Latitude 64 is jump putting on edge of circle but ends inside the 10 meter circle and could be called for his jump putt. it was the year that Jeremy Kolling won or Nate Sexton, I forget while doing commentary, the winner mentioned it during the game that Ricky Foot Faulted while putting.
