you might be thinking about the other bobcat event we did for the molds initial release, this particular event is to celebrate and release the new plastic

EXCITED! Gotta get a hold of these so we can start breaking them in. With broken in royals, comets and bobcats should be all I need.

So far I'm loving the mint-colored apex and orange/gold eternal. (They called it gold, I'd call it orange) They're great off the tee, but I'm finding them even better on upshots in the 75-200 foot range. Super trusty and consistent. It probably helps that I've used the mortar on that shot for a couple years, so it slotted right in but I like the rim and plastic both better than a mortar.

yep, lots of people, myself included, love them for upshot and approach mids. i use it off the tee but only if the shot calls for it. now that i have my royals broken in and breaking in, i reach for it more off the tee than before. i think people will love these and enjoy the cycling of bobcats.

Any advice on colors and weights to try from what you've seen?

I know selection may be limited since it's what was left from the event but since I was going to try and scoop up about 3, might as well get different colors/weights to try them out if possible.

the only light weight ones were blue, as far as i can remember(170-172) lavender/purples are a mix between 174-177. whites are 177. they will have a more definite assortment but thats just what i saw.

i prefer my blue 170 but also dig the purps, they all start out like a normal bobcat but put some rounds behind them and theyll start to lose HSS

So, one of my friends is needing an OS compliment to his KCPro Roc and Icon Ghost (he doesn't haunt these forums, so I am asking for him). Would the Bobcat fit into this slot? He is not a power thrower, but he uses a lot of flex shots the carve lines in the woods; his forehand isn't all that great, but he is an old school frisbee thrower... good control on angles.

Holding a Bobcat at the store, I am guessing it flys like a little shorter Z Wasp, mabe a bit more OS, ( I throw MVP putters and drivers, but you have to talk Discraft mids to me), maybe halfway between a Wasp and Drone?

What plastic/color/run is the firmest? We differ on what mids we throw, but we both want them super firm.
