Default Show us your custom number plate design...

The St. Louis Disc Golf Club is in the process of replacing all 18 baskets (Mach III) at the Jefferson Barracks course. The old baskets are going to be refurbished to like new condition and used on a new installation. I thought it would be fun to come up with a custom design for the number plates. Here is my first draft:

Sorry that I don't know how to directly post the picture on the forum.

Any suggestions for the design?

What about your custom designs? Let me see 'em!

That looks pretty cool. My I suggest having the baskets power coated yellow. At least the baskets in the woods.

So are you replacing the old baskets with Mach III's?

BTW, are you sure about the '95 date. As I recall both JB and Sioux went in the year after we lost Creve Coeur, and that would have been '94. I might be remembering it wrong, though. Creve Coeur flooded in '93, was cleaned up and flooded again before the reality that we were screwed really sunk in. Maybe we put those in the year after the second flood?

edit: I'm really confused now. The date for Manchester on this site has been changed to 1993. That's wrong. Manchester was after both JB and Sioux which are both listed as '95. So if you got the date off this site, I think the dates are wrong.

The baskets have been replaced with Mach IIIs as of yesterday. They were assembled, permanently welded and installed in a matter of 4 hours or so. Lots of sweat in the 100 degree heat! They look and sound awesome!

I did use the information off of the site to come up with the 1995 date, so you are probably correct. I am going to change the date to 1994 and stick with that, I guess.

I would love to powder coat the baskets yellow, but the STL County Park people don't want anything that stands out too much. We have not asked them, though, so it might be a possibility.
