Default Understable Mid

Between my various Roc3's and my C-MD, I have a mid to cover every shot except a turnover. This isn't a shot I throw a lot, but it's bitten me a couple of times when I've needed it. I've tried powering down a Moonshine River, but that makes the angle kinda unpredictable. What's a decent understable mid? For reference, I only throw mids 240-260'. Baseline plastic is OK, and I'm manufacturer agnostic.

Longer = Meteor/Tursas
Middle = Marshall
Shorter = Theory/Vertex

So many good ones out there.

Just beat in one of your roc3's or use a DX till you have a beat in champ, MF or mcpro

I use a ESP Meteor.. . and i use it in the 220-260s. . .fpr me it flies straight with a slow turn to the right at the end.

If you want something that really turns right hard. . try an Archer or Mirage

Have a few Tursas but it has a Sharp edge that almost cut my fingers. .

For shorter turnovers i use the Deputy and longer a Gold line Maul

Wesrside Tursas works ok.

DGA Tremor in proline works well too.

the Westside Tursas is a little less stable than a Warship with a similar hand feel.

DGA Tremor is much less stable even than the Tursas. it flies a nice natural anny with a neutral throw.

Eventually you'll have a beat Roc that will fill that slot. I use a dinged-up DX Roc for very dependable turnovers. If you want something that will fill that slot right now, I'd recommend a Tursas. Easy 250' turnovers right out of the box. A Stingray is probably the classic choice.

I really like the Prodigy M4 - its incredibly available in many weights and plastics and is one of Prodigy's most popular discs - I used to throw a ton of prodigy - now not so much, but the M4 is the one disc I still carry and I think its solid. There really are TONS of options in this category, but - you can't go wrong with an M4 - suggest 170-175g 400G plastic

Give an X Comet a try. Sounds good for your arm speed and what you're looking for.
