+1.

use it once in a blue moon (driving on one hole of the 150 or so i play regularly, about 220' going up high above a fence with a large ob area to the right of the pin), but ive never thrown a more overstable mid. nice and predictable.

i prefer my overstable star sanny roc, but sometimes you need an extra touch of fade.

I especially like my over stable mids on windy days.

I use my gator quite a bit, it's incredibly predictable and reliable when I really need a shot with no turn, or a short skip shot or spike hyzer.

Gators are stable but whippet x's are even more so. Some might call it a fairway driver but the distance it will go is less than a fairway driver because it is so darn overstable!!!

The Whippet does power down very well. I used to carry one, it's a very good slow overstable driver. But my most stable mid is a newish KC Pro Roc. If I need to, I'll power down an Eagle-X or a Firebird.

I have a gator. I don't use it often, but when I do neither a wasp, a flick, nor a rhyno will cut it.

It is useful for a short, slow, controlled hyzer. It is also a pretty good skip and slide disc. But my favorite use for it is in thick trees, when the distance is a putter distance, but the line is one I can't use a putter on-such as a short flext shot. The flick will do the same thing, but it is so much faster it is hard to control.

This is the exact shot I have seen the most improvement in by using the Demon. In the past, I was trying to put putters or other stable mids on steep hyzers but I found it challenging because it required an absolutely perfect release. I have found the Demon much more forgiving as I can essentially throw it flat compared to the other variables before. Again, I am new and the simpler I can make things, the better it is for me (even if it adds another mold).

What kind of situation are you in that the latter three discs won't cut it where as the gator will.

By definition maybe but everyone heere always claims innova is so messed up on flight ratings . . . I would say I could throw much slower discs farther than a Whippet x so is it a mid in my book . . . heck yeah. Go throw one before you make statements like this. Innova does need some work on their flight ratings and/pr consitency, but at least I figured it out.
