Default Ordered some new discs..

Ordered a few new discs,a couple aren't really noteworthy, mostly because I've gathered a general idea of what they'll do,so yay for that.

Based off of my very first disc golf purchase(Polaris LS) I ordered another millennium product, quantum orion LS,to be honest,I have no idea what to expect,it's coming tomorrow, probably won't get to use it until next week, anyone give me an idea of what i'm getting?

Actually I was just considering getting a Polaris LS--would be my first Millennium purchase. How do u like yers? How understable/overstable is it?

As for yer new purchase, I think the Quantum is the premium plastic? I think it's always a good idea to go for the better plastic if the disc will get any regular play.

I bought the Sirius Orion LS 165g a few months ago and it has stayed in my bag ever since. On my neverending quest experimenting for thee disc that fits my throwing style it just does what it supposed to do-Long Straight. RHBH or FHBH, it's a laser beam.

Hope it works the same for you.

To put it simply, the polaris is awesome.

But no,seriously,it's my go-to disc for nearly any shot,It just holds the lines so well once it's beaten in some.

My friend like mine so much he just bought one as well,so clearly it's pretty solid.

Cool,I was hoping it would just be a more driver-esque version of the Polaris, sounds like it will be.

Polaris LS = dead straight... you can shape lines with it (anny or hyzer) and it flies good in wind 15 mph and under from any direction. It's one of the best all around drivers ever made. You won't set any distance records with it, but you'll throw your next shot from the fairway more than just about any other driver.

The quantum plastic is comparable to Innova's champion plastic. Your new disc is known as the QOLS. If you have the arm to throw a 10 speed rated disc, it will fly very straight for you with very little fade... farther than the Polaris LS. If it goes about the same distance as the Polaris... work on your form using the Polaris...

Millennium currently has three grades of plastics...

Millennium... base plastic, but much tougher than DX or Pro-D. Close to the "hard" elite X plastic. It will beat in, but takes a while.

Quantum... similar to champion or elite Z plastic... very tough.

Sirius... similar to (if not the same thing as) star...

I can see myself most-likely continuing to work on form haha, but we shall see how it goes,my form has been improving as of late,it's nice to see some strokes shaven off.

If you like Millennium, try out the Aurora MS, the JLS, and the Omega SS.

I agree... I got one for free once so I started to throw it in high risk situations where I was afraid that I would lose one of my go-to discs. Now the Polaris has become my go-to disc that I protect from high risk situations. I can throw my whole bag and every time the Polaris LS is the one that is dead center. It is awesome. It doesnt go as far as some of my discs but accuracy is better than distance almost every time.
