I only recently picked up a couple, and have only done a the little bit of field testing. But on throws out around 200+ mine are finishing dead straight if I don't turn 'em over, haven't tried them for touch approaches or putting yet. They're interesting, but I just don't see them taking over the beat Wizard spot. (Maybe as a quick substitute if I lost a beat Wiz in the middle of a tourney and didn't have a backup?)

Yea I'm looking for it to be a hyzer flip approach, straight as an arrow. (I try to throw almost all hyzer flips as it combats my tendency to roll my wrist over)

I am intrigued by all the love and suggestions for the voodoo, how is it on the ol' hyzer flip? PS i'm unsure of whether or not I could pick one up, as it's always been a personal belief of mine not to mess with voodoo of any kind, i'm too scared of the bad voodoo.

Thanks for all the info on gateway putters. I'm getting two from a friend hopefully today, not sure which though. He won them in tourney and he won't throw anything but innova putters. Don't ask me why but happy to reap his rewards.

Default Magic SSS

Just ordered a magic SSS and was wondering how soft it really is? I have never held one, but was looking for something really floppy.

Depends on the Magic you get. It could feel as firm as a kind of gummy DX disc or be floppy enough to just kind of sag in your hand like my black SSS one.

I always used a pair of twin SS's that were super sexy, got a SSS in a trade,it has a rubbery texture and feel to it,but it has only a little bit of give, but I love it.

It seems to be a bit more stable than my other magics as well.

The softness of all Gateway putters are pretty inconsistent.
