I don't like throwing on raised baskets or watching pros throw on raised baskets, but I don't see them as a gimmick.

I do see arbitrary OB ropes as gimmicky.

Raised baskets highlight more of the variables that disc flights have when traveling toward a target. I think players are going to continue to adjust their putting as these become more normalized and we will see some exciting putts start connecting a lot when players realize they must attack on these baskets score well and finish high.

I did not vote because I feel a poll bias inherently, but I do have a question and a comment.

What do you mean by "normally raised" baskets?

A lot of men watch wrestling.

Smaller basket discussion in 3...2....1....GO!
I was just curious really if people liked the way the game was going and if I was in the minority that disliked the course tricks and gimmicks. So maybe smaller.....

I bet the guys that like wrestling also prefer fake women, raised baskets every other hole, artificial OB and mandos everywhere. Just silliness.

There are no "gimmicks" just people who haven't read or need to be reminded of the original message on the early flying discs: "Play Catch. Invent Games." A gimmick is just a new twist being tested or added to an existing game or may be enough to merit a completely new game, such as mulligan play.

I find it to be quite gimmicky independent of your limited poll options.
