Will the Tour Series ESP or even the Big Z fit in this gap? I know they are less stable than the ESP FLX but if it is still a dump immediately out of the hand disc I'm not interested.
Generally nearly every drone in any plastic besides D is going to be pretty dang over stable with a dump at the end until the get seasoned, Have you looked in something like a Malta instead? or maybe a hornet if you want more glide?

I bit the bullet and bought an esp rattler. Been using the Sol as my primary straight upshot disc. At times it's a little too fast and understable but looking forward to trying the rattler.

FYI, Marshall Street has a bunch of old Z Xtremes up on their site. They must’ve found some in the back room..?

That was an awkward rim to grip. I have an old 2001 Pro D Xtream X from the 2001 Can Am my uncle played in that was supposed to be even more OS a disc made by having a nose spacer to give disc even more OS properties. As if the company needed such a disc seeing how OS the Xtreme is.

Please expound on how inserting a "nose spacer" wouldn't result in a thicker flight plate and therefore, a 200+ gram disc.

I usually just use a beat FLX in this spot, but I've been benching the Buzzz and carrying Comets...led to a Wasp in the bag. A BigZ might work but that depends on how much power you're throwing with. Brand new still may be too beefy for ya but remove the flashing and hit some trees/find a wall or fence to throw it at. Tour series ESP is quite overstable.

Lighter weights tend to be slightly less overstable as well, sample size of only about 5 though.

More like a high plate height on the disc and the nose spacer is more like a mini/small bead on the nose. I did not look at my disc before this post.
