Default Basic Bag

I've not had any progress at lowering my scores and have broke my bag to just bare minimum but I welcome any suggestions.

2x Ridge X-link Med 167 for putts and 169 for driving and approach
GL Fuse 178g
GL Core 179g
GL Pain 177g
Opto River 174g(beat in)
Champ Banshee 175g(utility/overhand/spkie hyzers)
Opto Striker 173ish(bought it off a friend, unsure of the exact weight)
flat top, headwind driver when I need a guaranteed fade
Opto Saint 175g brand new(max distance)
GL Saint 168g(Just ordered, trying out for main control driver)

I only throw about 300' with basic X step, my timing gets off with a full run up. Hoping the lighter GL Saint will turn up easier than my Opto does at this point as it will only flatten out if there is a head or side wind or if I put some OAT on it.

For me, the Core(and Anode) really helped my form because it didn't mask my form flaws.
Looks like you don't really have a true fairway that isn't too OS (Banshee) or US (River, IMO). Maybe a Teebird or Rival would help. Granted, a powered down River can somewhat fill that void.

When I throw my Teebirds in the field I don't see a noticable difference between them and my Striker with exception of a used 11x I came across at PIAS but its like olive drab color and impossible to find on the course

for how far you are throwing, the mids and drivers are too heavy. i would try some low 170s mids and <170 drivers. and try a heavier putter for putting.

I second that. I'm at about your power level, but I've been having success recently with lighter drivers: my 163 GL River was my first disc to break 300, and it is exceeding my other discs by 30+ feet. To each his own, of course, but if you haven't tried mid-160s, I'd recommend it: I imagine you'll notice an uptick in distance.

How did you ascertain it is impossible to find?

After spending 20 minutes looking for it when I saw right where it landed. I still throw it on field days and have to look for it sometimes in a wide open field. It's just a bad, bad color

I average about 250' with my pain/core and can push my fuse out almost as far as my drivers. I experimented with lighter discs this past year and saw no improvement at all. I found I was very inconsistent with release. I'm not a small guy, I throw hard but not with enough snap and the lighter discs just never clicked or felt right with exception on my 170g Ibex and 169g Trac but I can throw my Core and River just as far and with more ease and forgiveness
