Hi fellow discers. Just looking to improve my consistency and distance like all of you. The most immediate problem I'm noticing is that I'm curling the disc up at the end of my reachback which is causing a bounce and nose up. I also feel like my right arm should be ending higher in the follow through maybe? Any other tips or suggestions welcome. This was an Enigma that probably went about 350-375 which is my typical max distance. https://imgur.com/a/z9Y7SfW

I’m darn sure no expert but I’d love to push 350-375 with pretty much no reach back.
I got nothing for tips except maybe start by working on your reach back? |

Youtube > imgur for analysis.
Your posture is collapsing on your front leg so your upper body is falling over throughout the swing which is causing you to throw nose up. Watch how Paul sticks his front leg into the front like a shifty running back changing directions and his knee straightens/stiffens up his posture to swing on the front leg. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2lvXcIcNGgs&t=169s https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GxnhM5amro0&t=1m14s |

I think I understand what you are saying. Basically try to plant harder with my heel coming up like im crushing the can and not let my knee bend once ive initiated the pull? Noted on the Youtube, I'll be uploading more with different angles if the snow ever melts here.

6:40 in the power of posture video was a big lightbulb moment for me. Excited to take this to the field

I've been reading Heavy Disc's blog quite a bit and his statement about the backswing position being like a tug of war with someone behind you and the hit being a tug of war with someone in front of you really made sense to me. I took this to the field and feel I made a slight improvement but I'm struggling to unlearn the muscle memory. In this picture I feel like I am way too leaned forward with my body at the hit.
