Default Please help me get better

Hi, so I've been playing for just under a year now and am pretty addicted. I started quickly improving but I basically plateau'd about 6 months ago (in terms of distance, my putting and angles and throwing options have continued improving though) and nothing I try seems to be helping anymore, so I figured I would come here for some help. I currently throw putters around 200ft, mids/fairways to 210-240 ft and (understable) drivers max out around 250-270 ft. I also mostly throw 1-step as I find I don't really get much more power out of x-stepping and lose a lot of accuracy.

Here's a pretty recent throw a friend of mine filmed:

Here's some older videos but I haven't improved much since then, it's also still frame if that's better and also includes x-step attempts:

Any advice and criticism is very much appreciated. I've been lurking for a while so I think I've watched the vast majority of videos posted but would appreciate links to stuff I should rewatch and focus on next. Thanks.

Your rear foot is spinning on the ground in your backswing so your backswing is not being loaded back inside the rear instep.

Thank you, I did actually notice that once but didn't realize it would have made that much of a difference. Will definitely work on that this week, thanks!
