The condor might be worth looking into. I just really want it to feel and fly like a smaller ultrastar. I tossed an 86 softie and that was pretty close, but was still slightly lower profile than the lid I had previously tossed.
If it was a light blue disc, and it was owned by a short Native American guy with a ponytail, it's a Wham-O... Something. Lol. But it is Wham-O.

Condors are pretty beefy, compared to other lid-ish discs. At least the Blizzard Champion ones are. They're beaded too, like a giant Roc. Not quite a "run straight at it" disc, from what I've seen.

It sounds like you're describing a Rattler if you're talking about a putter-sized disc.

It's a great disc and surprisingly stable.

Ha, so you also know Rivers?!

I'm sure I'll soon see him again and I can find out for sure. But yes, you nailed it.

I'm going to have to look up this Super Puppy. The name is awesome enough to look into it further.

Wham-O 71 Mold ... feels exactly like a smaller diameter UltraStar and is pretty much exactly what you described above. I've thrown one for years and still bag it from time to time.
