I have lower back issues (herniated discs) and yet throwing discs doesn’t bother me too much.

What aggravates my back is carrying a bag of discs for eighteen holes. If I can limit myself to about fifteen or so discs I’m way better off than trying to carry twenty or twenty-five discs.

Is it the actual act of throwing that causes you pain or is it just that by the end of the round your back really bothers you?
