Default Help With Form

I've been playing super casually (less than 10 rounds per year) for about 15 years now. However, a little less than a year ago I decided to start taking the game more serious. I've watched a ton of videos on form and I read this forum a lot to get advice and tips. I recently bought a tripod and started to record myself when throwing in the field. I know some of the things I need to improve on and some of the things I'm doing wrong but I don't know everything obviously. I thought I'd post here to get feedback from guys that know a lot more than me. So please pick this apart guys and thanks!!

What is the correct video format? Everything I've tried says that it's invalid.

Only this part "CbKLEEX4pbk" goes in-between the YouTube tag:

Puzzled me for awhile as well.

You turn back slightly too early or too quick and hit the top of the backswing well before your front foot starts to plant and your arm/disc start going forward early as well.

Make your rear foot start leaving the ground before your arm starts going and drag your rear foot forward into more upright finish.

Curious why are you looking at your watch before and after the throw?

Thanks for the feedback sidewinder! I'm recording with my phone and I'm able to start/stop the recording with the watch which is kind of nice.

Oh man that is solid. Another reason I need an Apple Watch lol. Are you able to watch the recording from your watch?

Unfortunately I can’t do that. I have the series 3 though, maybe the series 5 can.

Got out in the field today and tried to work on getting the rear foot to leave earlier. It still looks like, to me, that I'm reaching the peak of my reachback too soon. I think this is causing everything else after that to be a little early. In your opinion, do you think my last step with my left foot (the one before the plant) is too long? In other words, if I shorten it do you think that would help with the timing issue or am I simply trying to work around the disc too soon? Thanks!
