I ordered 2 Star Mako3s to mess around with. Im not jiving with my newer run DX Rocs. They seem flippier than I want. Im pretty sure 3putt posted about the 2 different rancho molds and all mine are the mold we called the eight time back in the days of 10x KCs. Not the ones I prefer. I only have 2 from the mold I like. Ones from 2002 (its in the bag) and the other is probably from the late 90s (in the new reserves crate).

Im also borrowing a buddys Sirius Falcon and giving it some action. It seems pretty nice right now though not much different than a destroyer or Scorpius.

PDGA ratings are coming out tomorrow. Ill be slipping downward. I played the first 12 holes at Two Days in May like a champ. For the next 60 holes I chumped it up pretty good. There were a few spectacular shots, holes, scrambles, etc. but overall lackluster. My putting was off and on. Id smash a 60 jumper and then 3 putt from 40. Then Id can a 35 for par. It was a bit frustrating.

A few highlights: Deucing hole 7 sunny side and parking hole 14 dark side.

Rating down to 968.

Good to see my rating reflects the roller coaster of most of my tournament rounds. I need to return to a state of consistency and Id prefer it be consistently awesome.

The 2 Star Mako3 Ive thrown a few times now are fairly close, flight wise, to the DX Roc I recently retired. One is 168 the other is 179. They turn up from hyzer super smoothly and can be controlled enough for a slight fade.

I have found that the seem to fly shorter than my Rocs and threes but I havent learned them well enough to make the call.

It seems my idealized streamlined bag is getting complicated. Im not even sure which discs are in the bag after my round at Rockland today. 56 from the red tees.

Rough is rough.
