Default Prodigy X2 vs Discmania PDX

Thoughts?

Thinking of getting one of these discs. How do they compare?

Unfortunately, I can't comment on the X2 (never thrown it) but I LOVE the PDx. Tons of glide but not understable at all. Simply a longer, new C-PD. It's consistently 25-30' longer than my PDs and consistently more overstable. A great and underrated disc. Just my $0.02.

X2's can go pretty far but they start off pretty dang stable. They get there more by speed than glide, the throws don't look long and then when you walk to it you just keep going. They beat some turn in first, but have a ton of fade at the end no matter what. I mean a ton of fade.

Ended up ordering an X2 to try out, seems like a solid disc and I'm a big fan of prodigy plastic.

Let me know when you get it what you think of X2 vs D2 and D3.
I'm toying with the idea of a D3 to compliment my various X2s, obviously as a more understable disc.

I throw D1s, D2s, D3s, and now X2s.

The X2 is a less glidey D2. It's thinner and easier to forehand. It doesn't have as much turn but still has a little at around 400 ft of power. I throw it upwind when I don't quite trust a D2 and think a D1 will fade too soon or too much. Long straight forehands that resist turning over if my form isn't perfect. They're fast down the fairway, great for long penetrating low shots that fade hard. Long flex shots that need to really need to fade back and you think a D2 will hold too long or not come back enough - X2.

D3s are my current pure distance disc. I can't use an X2 for that shot. If I throw a long anny with a D3 it'll hold and pan out at the end for extra distance back onto center. The same line with an X2 will fade out early and drop left.

TLDR Compared to a D2: Not as long, easier to forehand, not as much turn.

Sounds like a D3 might fit what I'm looking for. Maybe an X3 hmm.
I tried D2's but didn't love them. They felt a little too wide for my hands. X2's are definitely a headwind disc though I'll agree with that.

Thanks

I prefer the X series over the D series.... I'm throwing x3, x4 & x5....want to get an x2...from these reviews the x2 sounds much more stable than the x3

How’s the X2 flying?? I’m toying with he idea of X2s over Enforcers. Enforcers are quite a bit more stable than Trespasses. Wondering if the X2 doesn’t leave as much of a gap.
